Satellite Estimates & On-Site Inspections
Online estimates generated through our AI Roof Sizer and digital calculation forms are preliminary approximations based on satellite imagery. Final binding project pricing requires an on-site physical evaluation of roof deck soundness, existing shingle layers, attic ventilation, and chimney/valley flashings.
1. Agreement & Acceptance
By accessing this website, utilizing our interactive tools (including the AI Roof Visualizer and Satellite Roof Sizer), or requesting an estimate from 4Ever Roof Inc (“4Ever Roof Michigan”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Licensing & Statutory Compliance
All residential and commercial roofing installations, replacements, and structural repairs executed by 4Ever Roof Michigan are performed in compliance with the State of Michigan Residential Builders licensing requirements and applicable municipal building codes across Oakland, Macomb, and Wayne counties.
We maintain full commercial general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance on all field crews to protect homeowners from property or job-site liabilities.
3. Warranties & Guarantees
4Ever Roof Michigan provides two layers of protection on all complete roof replacements:
- Manufacturer Material Warranties: As certified installers for GAF, CertainTeed, Owens Corning, and Brava, full manufacturer material warranties pass through directly to the property owner upon project completion.
- Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee: We stand behind our installation craftsmanship with comprehensive workmanship warranty options covering installation defects and water-penetration integrity.
Warranty terms require proper attic ventilation and do not cover extreme acts of God (tornadoes, hail exceeding Class 4 rating, or severe tree impact) or unauthorized modifications by third parties.
4. Interactive Tools & Intellectual Property
All website software, digital visualizers, texture shaders, proprietary calculators, text, photographs, trademarks, and branding elements are the exclusive intellectual property of 4Ever Roof Inc. Visualizer previews are intended solely for material comparison and design inspiration.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and all related agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these terms or contracting agreements shall be filed in the courts of Oakland County, Michigan.
